Dear Athletes, Parents and Coaches

Please find info on last fixture in the SLAN Super 8 competition which takes place on Sunday at Hercules Wimbledon Track -  Wimbledon Park..

Open to all U13-U17 (U11 can also attend) boys and girls.  Please let us know by no later than Thursday for the team declaration sheet.  

Julett will be the Team Manager and will be collecting names  tongiht and on Thursday or email into me.  Please advise if you can stay for the relays.

This is the last opportunity for those who haven't competed for their club this season to compete in a club fixture.

Please also advise if you can help official.  We are stretched as we have the Lily B league for the girls on Saturday as well.  We would ask our young ladies to prioritise Lily B, but if you can't make that then please attend this fixture instead.  In addition, if you want to compete at both please check with your coaches on this.

We had the honour to attend the Para World Championships and the World Championships over the last couple of months as Kit Carriers.

Following months of planning we finally made it to the Olympic Park and our young Kit Carriers all were truly inspired by the occasion.  They acted as great ambassadors for the club and will hopefully remember this experience for years to come.  

We had the opportunity to carry kit for a number of those who went onto become World Champions and also were able to watch these inspiring athletes warm up.  

​We even bumped into our very own Harry Aikines Aryeety.  

Thanks to all those who helped make this happen and to London Athletics and the IAAF who gave us this amazing opportunity to attend this.  ​

​Dear Parents, Athletes and Coaches

The final Lily B match for this season takes place on Saturday 2nd September 2017 at:
Kingsmeadow Athletics Centre, KT1 3PB

Unfortunately we just missed out on competing for the cup this year by just one point so we are now competing for the Plate.  We can certainly win this with a good turnout so please support  LucyAnne & Karen, your Team Managers and the athletes who have competed so well in this league this year  and lets come back with a trophy.  
LucyAnne & Karen will be around to check availability next week or you can contact me on [email protected] and I will pass the info on.
Please let us know which events you can do (your coach will support you with this) - to enable the club to progress we do need those who are competing to try and do the minimum of 2 events and if possible 3 to enable the club to fill all the gaps on the card.  Please also advise if you are available to stay for the relays.

Please also advise if you can help with officialling on the day as we need to provide these in order to remain in this league.
