The club is pleased to offer full membership to athletes of all abilities from school year 5 upwards.
We do hope that you find all the information you need on our website and look forward to seeing you at the David Weir Leisure Centre (see map here). Our training days and times can be viewed here.
We take part in all athletic disciplines including Track and Field, Cross Country and Sportshall Athletics.
Our qualified Coaches will guide and support you and endeavour to improve your performance and progress in your chosen event(s). All our coaches are qualified and have many years experience.

We currently have a waiting list for membership places.
We are gradually opening our waiting lists and will be in contact with you in the near future if your name is on our list. Please bear with us as the club is run by volunteers and we have limited spaces in our coaching groups. The club is run entirely by volunteers and there are always more volunteers required to be able to keep the club going and to enable us to bring more athletes into the club.
For our athletes to compete in all leagues we urgently need officials and team managers.
To continue to grow the club we need more coaches (particularly a Throws coach), coaching assistants, a membership secretary, welfare officers and fundraisers.

If you are interested in coming down for the first time please complete the registration form. We shall advise you the best time for your induction and meet the coaches. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to see potential athletes that are not booked in so please don't just turn up at the track. Thank you.

We desperately need parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, uncles and aunties to become officials for our club, no experience is required training will be provided For athletics events to take part we always need to provide a minimum number of officials from our club. There are a number of different roles, we require lots of volunteers to ensure that the event goes smoothly & safely. |
