We are eligible to participate in this Cross Country League that takes place on Epsom Downs and the age groups are as follows:
Race times will be as below (boys and girls run together).. There are medals for 1st 3 girls and 1st 3 boys but you have to run all 4 races. There are also team trophies for both the boys and girls teams at the end of the season

COURSE DETAILS, DATES & RACE TIMES Boys & Girls run together and Race times will be
U11 - 10:45 - athletes aged 8 to school year 6 U13 -11:05 - school years 7-8 U15/U17/U20 -11:30 - school years 9-10 (U15), 11-12 (U17) and school year 13 (U20) (Your age group is determined by your age as at 31st August) Distance U11 is: approximately 2.2k with U13 & U15/U17/U20 races approximately 3.2 k. There is plenty of car parking nearby & a tea shop. A Portaloo will be provided for use at each event located near to the car parking area. As normal we hope the following clubs will be willing to host the fixtures as follows – if you need some help let me know & I can ask other clubs to assist. If your club can assist, please contact colleagues directly. Your offer of help will be appreciated. All dates are Sundays.
